Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Waffles2ble or 3ple this recipe and freeze the waffles for a quick breakfast!1/4 c coconut oil, melted1 cup pumpkin puree 2 eggs 
1 1/4 c milk 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups whole wheat flour (or whole wheat pastry flour)1/4 c ground flax seed 1/4 c wheat germ 1/3 c old fashioned oats 1/4 cup pure maple syrup1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup chocolate chipsMix coconut oil, pumpkin, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, and stir until everything is incorporated. Mix in chocolate chips-batter will be thick. Ladle into preheated and oiled waffle iron, cook until golden brown. Serve with warm maple syrup.enjoy!

Who said smoothies are strictly for breakfast? Not me! Sometimes, later in the evening I have an uncontrollable sweet tooth. Instead of reaching for chocolate or sugary ice cream, I make fruit smoothies. The natural sugar from the fruit takes away those sweet cravings. Tonight, I was craving basically anything sweet, so I put together a delicious late night smoothie. Maybe I got a little carried away with the hearts, but I couldn’t help myself. 
Ingredients: 
1/3 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Packet Truvia
1/2 Small Banana
1/2 Cup Ice
Blend it up!
